Lviv will become even more caring

Lviv will become even more caring

On Tuesday, 25 October, we will open the Space of Care where parents from the affected communities will be able to leave their children for a few hours and, if necessary, receive psychological support

The Space of Care has a game room, there we’ll organise art therapy and art classes, as well as Ukrainian and English classes.

While the caregivers take care of the children, their parents will be able to devote time to their own needs, as well as, if necessary, receive professional psychological assistance

All services for families are free!

‘We want to support families with children who left their homes because of the war and help them adapt to a new place,’ says Oksana Shtybel, head of the SOS DITY programme from the Ukrainian Education Platform.‘After all, parents need time for their own needs: to find a job, consult a doctor, or just relax’.

The Space of Care will be happy to welcome families from the affected communities (IDPs), families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, parents raising children on their own, as well as foster families.

 Children aged:3 to 8
