This initiative is implemented within the framework of the USAID Ukraine – Dream and Act programme, which is implemented by IREX. Thanks to the joint efforts of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the initiative of the Global Business Coalition for Education (GBC-Education) and the Portuguese company jp.ik, which provided the devices, the USAID Dream and Act programme in partnership with the CO Ukrainian Education Platform implements this initiative and helps young Ukrainians with the necessary equipment to provide educational opportunities.
